With 22 districts and a population of about 1,735,531, is a conservative province with limited female presence. Although it has abundant agricultural land, farmers face challenges accessing inputs and lack adequate knowledge. The conservative nature of the community restricts women's access to public services. ADWSO collaborates with community leaders, women's groups, volunteers, and local organizations to promote gender equality and create opportunities for women, such as small businesses. Additionally, we provide psychosocial counseling for women who have experienced violence, raise local community awareness, and promote gender-inclusive services to empower women and foster community development in the region.
