Samangan with 415,343 with seven districts faces issues related to insecurity, poverty, and lack of any development, particularly in rural areas, leading to limited access to access to public amenities, education, excessive displacement, and economic opportunities. The people live in absolute poverty, and most people live in hardly accessible areas where public transport and government services are hardly available. Alongside the establishment of a community-based child protection center to promote reconciliation, supports agricultural development projects for food security and income generation, emergency life-saving servicing, ADWSO, agriculture inputs, and provides workshops for the former, particularly women to generate income and livelihood support.
